In childhood, Tim's interest in construction was sparked by Lincoln Logs, Legos, and Wright Blocks. His passion grew during high school, where wood shop became his favorite class, and his craftsmanship resulted in lasting pieces like a coffee table, dresser, and cigar box still treasured by friends and family.

In college, Tim worked for his uncle's construction business, focusing on school expansions and upgrades. Having started as a laborer, he developed his skills and attention to detail. After graduation, Tim moved to California and transitioned from handyman work to becoming a sought-after expert in home renovations and remodels.

The early 2000s brought a call from his uncle, prompting Tim to return to New Jersey. As he reconnected with family, he delved back into school renovations, working as carpenter, estimator, foreman, and supervisor.

In 2016, Tim shifted back to residential renovations and founded FarmWorks Construction. Every project is an art project to him, and he thrives on the creative and dynamic challenges of transforming kitchens, bathrooms, and other home projects.

Tim and his wife are renovating a small farm in Southampton where they live with their young son and  a whole menagerie of animals including horses, donkeys, cows and chickens. When Tim isn't working on other people's homes, he enjoys drinking wine, listening to his wife talk endlessly about horses, and working on his own house every once in a while.
